"Mehamakor" (the "site") presents local food businesses and natural-care producers across Israel. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what your rights are.

Business details (for sellers): Business name, description, address, categories, delivery areas, social links.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifier.
Location data: Approximate location (only if you grant browser permission), to display nearby businesses on the map.
Cookies and behavioral data: Pages you visited, searches, clicks, products viewed, and businesses you saved to favorites.
Content you create: Ratings, comments, and inquiries through contact forms.

3. Why we collect this data

Running the service: Authenticating users, managing accounts, displaying businesses, processing registrations, and connecting buyers with sellers.
Analytics and improvement: Understanding site usage, improving the experience, fixing bugs, and developing new features.
Notifications and communication: Essential account messages, registration confirmations, admin alerts, and the newsletter (only if you opted in).
Legal compliance: Meeting privacy-law requirements, handling reports, and preventing abuse.

Cloudinary — storage and processing of images uploaded by users.
Google — Google OAuth for sign-in, Google Fonts, and analytics services.
Anthropic — AI models for support, content moderation, and experience improvements.
Twilio — WhatsApp messages for admin alerts and customers.
Vercel & Railway — hosting and servers.

We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights (under Amendment 13, 2025)

Right of access: Request to view the personal information we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and personal data. You can also do this through your account settings.

Right to portability: Receive a copy of your data in an accessible digital format.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

6. Cookies
